Body Polishing Treatment - Salt Scrub: $50 - 45 minutes
A gentle yet uniquely effective blend of micronized buffing beads, cream and essential oils for refining and exfoliating the roughest skin without irritation. Removes dead skin. After a soothing shower, a nourishing body lotion is applied for "all over" relaxed, hydrated and energized feeling. Great for lymphatic system.

Personal Training Consultation: Call for appointment
Individual plans are built depending upon your personal needs. For people who have never trained before, basics of warming up, stretching, cooling down is discussed. Then ways of strengthening the core muscles are explained. Clients are instructed in the proper way to perform exercises. Training includes working in pairs to improve flexibility in muscles. Principles of resistance training are taught and things to watch in your body, while you are training. Swiss balls and principles of Pilates are incorporated into the routine.
