Education
Elena graduated from Boston University with a master's degree in Physical education and sports. She received extensive training for massage therapy in Russia and spent five years as a coach of track and field athletics and as a licensed massage therapist in one of the most exclusive gyms in Russia.

Working with Top Athletes and Spas
Elena's experience in working with chiropractic offices and spas in the United States for the past seven years has given her unique skills to treat chronic fatigue, stiff muscles and scoliosis, back pain, neck pain,athletic injuries, tennis elbows, golfers backs, whiplash injuries. The treatments are perfect for people seeking deep relaxation or just geting those knots out of your muscles.  As a massage therapist in San Diego, Elena works with athletes providing therapeutic pre and post event treatments for marathon runners, golf players, triathlon athletes, Navy seals and others.

You may request getting a consultation in physical therapy, personal training after getting a massage. This is free of charge. It is a benefit in comparison to just getting a massage at a regular salon.

Elena combines deep tissue/therapeutic techniques while performing massages for athletes. She analyses problematic areas and prescribes exercises for postural balance.  Combination of receiving regular massages and performing corrective exercises brings faster results in improving condition of your muscles and in achieving skeletal balance.  

Elena has flexible working schedule : 8 a.m to 9 p.m - 7 days a week!

 Del Sur, 4S Ranch, Rancho Santa Fe, Del Mar, Rancho Bernardo, Poway, Rancho Panasquitos, La Jolla areas are served in North county of San Diego. There is a second location in Mission Valley. You can get a chiropractic adjustment in the same office at: 5995 Mission Gorge Rd, San Diego 92120.

Certification
As a Holistic Health Practitioner, and with a license in San Diego, Elena is also nationally certified as a massage therapist.  Elena is nationally certified as strength and conditioning trainer.  This is my blog, please read it.
