About the Therapist

Education
Elena graduated from Boston University with a master's degree in Physical education and sports. She received extensive training for massage therapy in Russia and spent five years as a personal trainer and massage therapist in one of the most exclusive gyms in Russia.

Working with Top Athletes and Spas
Elena's experience in working with chiropractic offices and spas in the United States for the past seven years has given her unique skills to treat chronic fatigue, stiff muscles and stress relief. The treatments are perfect for people seeking deep relaxation. As a personal trainer and therapist, Elena works with top athletes providing therapeutic pre and post event treatments and has continuing engagements at the spas of the Marriott and Hyatt Hotels.

Certification
As a Holistic Health Practitioner, and with a license in San Diego, Elena is also nationally certified as a massage therapist.
